From our pasture to your plate
At Garland Brook Farm, we offer a diverse selection of products, including high-quality beef, pork, chicken, fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and handcrafted tallow products, including hand creams. Our livestock is grass-fed with no artificial hormones or additives, ensuring pure and wholesome meat. They are pasture-raised and supplemented with hay that we grow and harvest ourselves, maintaining a natural and healthy diet.
Sustainable and ethical practices
We pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainable farming. We implement a rotational grazing program across multiple grazing areas, which not only promotes healthier animals but also significantly improves soil health. Our chickens live in outdoor covered shelters, moved daily to fresh grass, a process that results in healthier and cleaner birds. While our beef and pork are USDA processed, our chickens are processed right here at the farm, ensuring quality control from start to finish.
Visit our self-serve farm stand
Our mobile farm stand is open daily, offering a convenient self-serve experience for you to pick up your favorite Garland Brook Farm products. You can also find us at the local farmers market. Since different produce becomes available throughout the seasons, we encourage you to visit often to see what fresh items are currently stocked.
